Jayne Bestt – Managing Director
Jayne Bestt is the managing Director of JB Home Loans. She has worked in Banking and finance for over 15 years. Jayne has had the fortunate opportunity of being employed by many of the “Big” banks, and working within varying positions and degrees of responsibility. Jayne has several qualifications in Banking, Finance & Accounting, and to add to these she has also completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking. Banking & Finance is a profession that Jayne has always thoroughly enjoyed. She has gained valuable experience over many years, and has also travelled around the country, meeting and working with many professional identities.“Working closely with my clients is a very important aspect of my role as a Mortgage Broker. I aim to always offer the best experience to my clients, and ensure their needs are met today and beyond”.

Melanie Johnson – Client Liaison Manager
Melanie began her career in finance working for The Bank of New Zealand after living and working in the UK for a number of years.
Melanie has been working in the finance and broking industry in Australia since 2007. Her invaluable knowledge of finance and extensive customer service experience was highly valued.
Melanie will work closely with our clients to ensure that their property investment journey is a smooth one and that their financial requirements and goals are achieved. Melanie has also achieved her Certificate IV in Financial Services/Mortgage Broking.
